3RA Capital is founded by Gustav Rehnqvist and Jesper Roslund, with a collective 55 years of experience from executive positions in the Nordic real estate market and Institutional fund raising. The Founders have over the years established a wide network of international investors combined with a deep understanding of the gaps and needs in the Nordic real estate market.
What we do
3RA Capital are specialists in Real estate fund raisings. We connect foreign capital to the Nordic real estate market through a network of carefully selected international famliy offices, placement agents and wealth managers. Our business focus is to partner with "best-in-class" Nordic Real estate Fund managers who have a proven track record of success, helping them to match with international investors who intends to enter the Nordic real estate market.
